Create the administrator account for this installation.
Creates this installation’s administrator from your Google profile (openid, email).
Only Google accounts whose email is listed in GOOGLE_OAUTH_ALLOWED_EMAIL / GOOGLE_OAUTH_ALLOWED_EMAILS in .env can proceed (verified emails only).

Password-only admins can open Link Google in the header after signing in with a password.
Google sign-in / link is restricted to the email allow-list in .env.
